Had issues with my Transmission on my Cadillac XT5, I took it to Tasca Chevrolet on 700 W Dundee in Wheeling. My service advisor George Adam took the car in to be checked. It happened that needed a new Transmission. A temporary courtesy vehicle was provided while my car went for extended service and major repair. However, the service he provided was unbelievable, calling me every week and gives me an update on the status. By far It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled - going above and beyond in every aspect! It was a quick maintenance process. I was amazed that it was completed in such a short amount of time. They said everything looked good and it seems fine. The car works fine but I'm sure it was one of those things you just need to do yo keep the car in good working order even though it is a little expressive. We have been doing all our car maintenance as recommended to be sure it lasts. At our age we do not plan on purchasing another car.
