Dan was my service manager. He met me as I pulled up. Explained I was there for an oil change and to fix the center console button under warranty. I have vertical lift doors on my car. I showed him how to raise and lower them so that there wouldn’t be any damage. He set me up and told me of a great restaurant to have breakfast at if I wanted. Total service time was 2.5 hours. I worked with Dan Palmer for the purchase of my Blazer RS and everything went smoothly. I usually don’t like purchasing new cars because of the pressure tactics but during this process. My negative has to be the length of time to get in the finance office to close deal. My vehicle was showroom ready when I drove away.

They called me yo have 2 recalls serviced. I made appointment. Was told I would need to leave car. Husband and I drove 60 minutes to drop off car. Was told it would only be 30 minutes until finished. Then got a call they did not have the parts. Picked up car. Will not go back there.

Service started as soon as I arrived at the dealership at 8:00 AM. Giovanni Fioccola processed the paperwork to begin the work scheduled. He also notified me that the tech found a problem that needed to be fixed and the service was completed in a timely manner.

We have a delivery service and have about 5 company cars. We now take our cars to tasca due to some horrible experiences near us. Tasca is great at what they do we’ve had a couple hiccups but those were on our end and not theirs they are always so helpful and quick
I had a tire valve failure and showed them that moving the valve caused air to leak. They took over an hour to tell me the cost and another hour to fix it. When brought to their attention they did not charge me and gave me an oil change.
Wonderful experience with Vince. He is my Corvette Specialist and I have him down on my contact list as that title. So knowledgeable and customer focused. Helped convince me buying my corvette over 3 other local dealers around us here locally.
Had a 10 am appt for oil change. Had to wait almost 2 hours. I had 2 issues that were not resolved. Not happy.
